Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to one future appointment only. No-show appointments will be blocked from future scheduling. Late Arrival Policy: A 10 minute grace period is allowed for your appointment. After 15 minutes , a $10 late fee will be applied to your balance. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Please respect both my time and yours by arriving promptly and adhering to the shceduling and payment policies. This helps ensure the best experience for everyone. Klarna, Affirm & Afterpay Policy: If you are using split payment option, please ensure the full invoice is paid at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
